These best-effort terms govern the free invited beta. They describe the service available to beta testers and are not a claim of counsel or public-launch approval.

Guard My Image provides monitoring, review, reporting, Support, and removal-workflow tools. Results require human judgment; detection and takedown are never guaranteed.

Change history

  • October 3, 2026 — revised for the free invited beta, controlled notice delivery, current data controls, Support, and native-client limits.

Who may use this service

Invited beta access, with customer authority required

Use is limited to invited testers and authorized operators. The service is not a law firm, legal service, or source of jurisdiction-specific advice.

What the service does

Monitoring and workflow support with explicit limits

The controlled service can store reference media, run configured scanner workflows, present possible findings, collect review decisions, generate reports, and prepare or track removal work. A finding is an investigative signal, not a legal conclusion.

Notice work uses controlled, destination-specific delivery rules. A prepared, queued, or tracked request does not prove external delivery or removal. Guard My Image does not guarantee complete detection, a response from any provider, or a takedown.

The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Participants remain responsible for decisions, declarations, approvals, and use of any export.

  • Possible matches require review
  • Sensitive previews remain access-controlled
  • Removal work remains status-explicit
  • No complete-detection promise
  • No takedown or legal-outcome promise

Current operating posture

Free access, Support, concierge, and mobile remain bounded

These limits are part of the beta service, not hidden future promises.

Billing

The invited beta costs $0. Normal beta paths cannot create a live checkout, charge, renewal, tax, refund, dispute, or paid subscription. Controlled test-mode billing remains an operator-only acceptance fixture.

Support

Authenticated Support records messages and status but does not promise a response deadline or legal advice. Use only the attachment controls shown in Support; do not send sensitive evidence through general Contact.

Open Support

Concierge

Concierge is a limited beta workflow with synthetic capacity where stated. It is not a staffed SLA or legal representative.

Mobile

The responsive portal is the universal beta surface. Android is limited to selected testers after device acceptance; iOS is a Simulator preview only, with no App Store or TestFlight availability.

Leaving or ending the beta

You may stop using the beta and ask Support to close access. When the beta ends, active access may stop; exports and deletion requests use the available data controls, while audit, security, notice, legal-hold, and other required records may be retained under the Beta Privacy Policy.

Material changes receive a new version, effective date, and change-history entry. We will present or otherwise notify testers of material changes before continued beta use where practical.

Geographic and legal limits

The invited beta is not represented as compliant with every country, state, industry, or age-specific regime. Access may be limited where a workflow is not appropriate.
