Protect your work and review possible matches

Use this guide for the everyday Guard My Image workflow. Start with the task you need now; your work is saved as you go.

Protection media

Add clear photos or videos of yourself

  1. Open References in your portal.
  2. Add clear media that represents the person or work you want Guard My Image to protect.
  3. Check the status shown with each item. Keep at least one useful item available for matching.

Only add media you have the right to use. You can return to References whenever you need to add or manage protection media.

See what is happening now

  1. Open Today to see your current task and its latest status.
  2. Follow the next action shown there. Opening the page checks status; it does not start another scan.
  3. When a report is ready, open it to see the findings from that completed scan.

Finding totals belong to a report. The number released for review and the number you have already reviewed are separate live counts, so they may not match the report total.

Possible matches

Compare one possible match at a time

  1. Open Findings and choose Review possible matches or Start review desk.
  2. Compare your reference with the image found. If a sensitive image is hidden, choose Show image only when you are ready to view it.
  3. Choose Yes, No, or Unsure. Your answer records your assessment; it does not automatically request removal or begin legal action.

Progress shows the current review batch, such as “2 of 10 reviewed.” More possible matches may become available later.

Correct a choice

Use Undo for your most recent answer

  1. Choose Undo while it is available in Fast Review.
  2. Check that the previous comparison returns.
  3. Choose the answer you intended.

You can also press Z from the review controls when you are not typing in a field. If Undo is no longer offered, contact Support instead of guessing or changing another item.

Return later

Pause without losing your place

  1. Choose Pause in Fast Review when you want to stop.
  2. Leave the portal or close the browser after the paused state appears.
  3. Later, log in, return to Findings, and choose Resume. Your reviewed count and current comparison continue from the saved session.

If a save or connection message appears, follow the Retry guidance on the page before answering again.
